Account Setup
Sign up for a free HitPay account, complete Singapore business verification and activate the payment methods you want.
Module Installation
Download the HitPay module for your version: 1.1.4 for PrestaShop 1.6, 1.1.7 for 1.7, or the 1.8 module (also works on PrestaShop 9).
Upload to PrestaShop
In your PrestaShop back office, go to Modules → Module Manager → Upload a Module, upload the zip and click Configure.
Configure API Keys
In HitPay, open Developers → API and Salt Keys. Paste both into the module, enable Live mode and click Save.
Finalize Settings
Choose which methods show at checkout in HitPay’s Integration Settings for PrestaShop, then place a small test order.

How do I add PayNow to PrestaShop?
Download the HitPay module for your PrestaShop version, upload it under Modules → Module Manager, paste your HitPay API key and salt, enable Live mode and save. Then turn on PayNow in HitPay's Integration Settings for PrestaShop.
Which PrestaShop versions are supported?
PrestaShop 1.6 (module 1.1.4), 1.7 (module 1.1.7), and 1.8, whose module also works on PrestaShop 9.
Which payment methods can I accept on PrestaShop in Singapore?
PayNow, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, GrabPay, ShopeePay, WeChat Pay and BNPL options such as Atome and ShopBack PayLater, depending on what's activated on your HitPay account.
How much does HitPay cost on PrestaShop?
There's no setup or monthly fee. Online PayNow is 0.65% + S$0.30 for S$100 and above, or 0.9% (min S$0.20) below S$100, and domestic cards are 2.8% + S$0.50. The PrestaShop plugin adds 0.2% on top. See the Singapore pricing page for every method.
Does HitPay email my customer after a PrestaShop order?
No. PrestaShop already sends the order confirmation, so HitPay doesn't send a second email. You still get a payment alert email as the merchant.
The payment went through but my customer is stuck on the loading page. What do I do?
If checkout stays on "We are retrieving your payment status, please wait...", clear the JavaScript cache in your PrestaShop settings.
