How long do Atome payouts take on HitPay?
Non-card HitPay Balance payouts follow T+1 calendar day in Singapore. “Paid upfront” means you receive the full sale amount rather than collecting instalments yourself — it does not mean bank payout is instant.
Do I need a separate Atome merchant contract?
No. With HitPay, Atome is enabled on your merchant account after Singapore business verification. HitPay provides the gateway connection for the supported online channels.
