License and Registrations

HitPay Payment Solutions Pte Ltd ("HitPay") is currently exempted from holding a licence under the Payment Services Act for the provision of Domestic Money Transfer Service and Merchant Acquisition Services for a specified period. This can be confirmed on the MAS website here. HitPay is not licensed, nor exempt to provide cross-border money transfer services, and consequently provides these services in conjunction with MAS licensed or exempt partners.

In the Philippines, HitPay operates under HitPay Payment Solutions Inc, and is a registered operator of a payment system (OPS) regulated under the Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas (BSP) (registration number: OPSCOR-2023-0006) and is also registered with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) (registration number:  PBSP-20230220903000068-5).

In Indonesia, HitPay operates under PT Solusi Dompet Indonesia and is registered as an electronic system operator with KomInfo, (PSE registration: 008162.01/DJAI.PSE/11/2022) and is a supporting provider for licensed PJPs.

In the United States, Hitpay operates under HitPay Payment Solutions Inc and is registered as a Money Service Business (MSB) with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) of the US Department of the Treasury (MSB Registration Number: 31000254243749). HitPay partners with Stripe, a US state-licensed money transmitter and federally registered money services business to provide payment gateway services to merchants.

In Thailand, HitPay operates under HitPay Payment Solutions (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Reg No: 0105566120392 / FBL No: 1256700022) and provides commerce software solutions that help businesses to connect with payment and accounting services with one simple integration. HitPay is registered as a digital platform (Notification No. PU1245) with the Electronic Transaction Development Agency (ETDA) and offers payment functionality to its customers through Stripe Payments (Thailand) Limited, a provider of designated payment services supervised by the Bank of Thailand.
