It has come to the attention of HitPay Payment Solutions Pte Ltd that a website: https://hitpayico.com and other *online properties of https://hitpayico.com has been soliciting payments from members of the public in an initial coin offering program by using trademarks and brand names belonging to HitPay Payment Solutions Pte Ltd and impersonating the CEO and Director, Aditya Haripurkar for the activities of the Initial Coin Offering program.
HitPay Payment Solutions Pte Ltd has never launched, initiated, or participated in any initial coin offering program or related activities. Furthermore, HitPay Payment Solutions Pte Ltd has never issued any cryptocurrencies in any form nor operated any cryptocurrency apps or trading platforms.
The website https://hitpayico.com and its *online properties has unlawfully and illegally performed the following activities:
Used the trademarks and brand assets belonging to HitPay Payment Solutions Pte Ltd
Uploaded the picture of CEO and Director, Aditya Haripurkar on its website
Attributed false and misleading statements to CEO and Director, Aditya Haripurkar on its website
The website asks for payments into an initial coin offering program and tries to obtain payments from subscribers. Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution and avoid making any payments with respect to the initial coin offering.
