Can international vendors from Thailand, Malaysia, or Indonesia use HitPay at the fair?

Yes. International vendors accept PayNow via HitPay's Borderless QR - no Singapore bank account or local business registration required. Vendors from Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Philippines, and more are all eligible.

Do I need to buy or rent a card terminal to accept card payments?

No terminal needed for Singapore vendors. Tap to Pay on any NFC iPhone or Android phone - customers tap their card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay directly on your device. HitPay card terminals are optional.

How long does HitPay account approval take?

Approval typically takes 1–3 business days after document submission. Sign up as early as possible to ensure your account is live and tested before the fair.

When do I receive my payout after the fair?

Singapore vendors: PayNow payouts arrive in T+1 calendar day, card payouts in T+3 working days. International vendors: T+3 working days in their home currency.

Is there any monthly fee or minimum commitment?

No setup fee, no monthly fee, no contract. HitPay charges only a small percentage per transaction: 2.5% for domestic cards, 0.4% for PayNow (SG), or 1.5% for Borderless QR (international).

What payment methods can shoppers use at the fair?

Shoppers can pay by Visa, Mastercard, PayNow, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. No cash counting, no wrong change, no missed sales from "I don't have cash".
