You can now view a detailed breakdown of all fees applied to a transaction

You can now view a detailed breakdown of all fees applied to a transaction

We've added a detailed fee breakdown to your transaction details. Now, instead of seeing a single fee amount, you can click "Fees breakdown" on any charge to see a full breakdown of every fee applied to that transaction.
What's included
Payment method fees — See the fixed fee and percentage fee for your payment method (e.g. PayNow, cards, wallets) listed separately
Plugin fees — If you're using an integration like Shopify or our invoicing tools, those fees are now shown as their own line item
Currency conversion fees — For cross-currency transactions, FX fees are broken out so you know exactly what the conversion costs
Total fees — A clear total at the bottom so nothing is a surprise
How to access it
Navigate to any transaction in Payments > Transactions, and click the "Fees breakdown" link next to the HitPay fee amount. A panel will slide open with the full breakdown.
