Where is the deeper PayNow product page?
The Accept PayNow page covers the rail in detail — fees, channels and setup. This page owns the Shopify install path.
Can I refund a PayNow order from Shopify admin?
Yes. Refunds started from the Shopify order sync to HitPay and go back to the customer, as long as the payment method supports refunds. If you refund from the HitPay dashboard instead, mark the order refunded in Shopify yourself, because HitPay-side refunds don't update the Shopify order.
How do I match Shopify orders to HitPay payments?
Every HitPay payment made through Shopify gets a unique payment ID. You'll see it in HitPay under Sales and Reports, and in the Shopify orders export.
Can I test PayNow on Shopify before going live?
Yes. Tick test mode in the HitPay app inside Shopify admin. Sandbox-supported methods (including PayNow, cards, GrabPay and ShopeePay) are simulated, so no real money moves.
What does PayNow on Shopify cost with HitPay in total?
The PayNow rate plus the 0.5% Shopify app fee. On a S$100 order: 0.65% + S$0.30 + 0.5% = S$1.45. On a S$40 order: 0.9% (S$0.36) + 0.5% (S$0.20) = S$0.56.
Can I use HitPay alongside Shopify Payments?
Yes. Many stores keep Shopify Payments for cards and add HitPay for PayNow and local wallets. Shopify may charge its own third-party gateway fee depending on your plan, so check your Shopify plan.
